I tried this yesterday as I went for a little constitutional along Bottle Alley - a beautiful 1930s covered promenade decorated with pieces of broken bottle - here in Hastings. As someone with balance and mobility issues and prone to tripping I have to be very careful when I walk. I found this guidance really helpful as I consciously thought about how my feet were hitting the concrete. Going to do this every time I visit the prom! Thank, Lisa and Ziva xx

Ziva says it's her pleasure. It's so easy to be busy going somewhere, and it takes intention to pause, and then enjoy the journey xx
You are SO RIGHT! I am planning to use this technique going up and down the stairs in my house too!!
