Tinnitus Tip #2 - 4 free ways to drop off more easily

Many of us in the Tinnitus Tribe find it hard to get to sleep. We leave the noise and bustle of watching TV or prepping the house and its humans for the next day, into the quiet of the bedroom. That’s when tinnitus that might be successfully masked by the ambient sounds of everyday life becomes oh-so noticeable.

This Tuesday’s Tinnitus Tip looks at four free ways in which we can use sound to drop off to sleep.
