Substack has just introduced videos, so here’s the first in a series of tinnitus top tips. Released every other Tuesday these video tips will be mercifully short (for you and me!) but very practical. And they are captioned (that’s hugely important to me as someone with roaring tinnitus and hearing loss).
Today’s tinnitus tip is a helpful breathing technique for those moments when changes to our tinnitus send us into a bit of a panic.
